Just finished the pillow. The quilt block came from a swap by our quilt group. I added the border edges by using flying geese blocks. Quilting done in the ditch and free motion quilting on the border and the center snowball block. Very FUN project!
That's such a cute pillow...I have a bunch of blocks just waiting to become pillows--I gotta get on that lol! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a nice comment :)
This is a very cool Portuguese Award and it means this blog invests in and believes that blogging makes us close. Proximidade translated to English means vicinity, or neighbourhood. This was given to me by Tracey. Check out her blog!
I am a stay at home mom/grandma who loves crafting. I teach quilting classes and love to develop my own quilting patterns. I also love digital creating and have created many personalized clocks and personalized hand knitted Christmas Stockings for people around the globe. I also love digital scrapbooking!

That is a beautiful block you used! I like your fabric choices...I never seem to get tired of earth tones.
Thank you both for the comps. I love the earth tones too, especially since we haven't seen earth in a while! LOL!! Still a lot of snow here.
Would love to see some of your block pillows, Ginger.
That is really pretty.
This is really lovely and the way your points meet makes me feel really ashamed of my 'bung it together' style!!!
Shandeigh said she loves the pillow. I like it also.
